Civettaio has been Civettaio since always.
It was born in 1998 with the aim of founding a small company of great quality and changing my life.

30 hectares of vineyards, olive groves, and forest, benefitting from the incredible climate of Maremma.
I love this land. And I love preserving its Genius Loci through organic farming.
This is how Civettaio’s organic wines and extra-virgin oils are born, exclusively from grape and olives that I personally cultivate here. I attentively follow the whole production process, which is almost entirely manual; this guarantees a consistent quality.
The result is a mixture of colors, scents, and tastes that can only be found in Maremma.













Civettaio produces high quality organic wines in Tuscan Maremma, with DOC or IGT certifications. The wines are both from 100% Sangiovese or 100% Vermentino or blended (Sangiovese, Cabernet, and Merlot). All of the wines are certified organic.












Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Civettaio’s Olive Groves are divided in 3 plots planted at different times- 1985 and beginning 2000 – for a total of about 1.000 trees.
The varieties are the typical Maremma’s Correggiolo, Frantoio and Olivastra Seggianese.
