Organic Extra virgin Olive Oil blend of different types of olive – Correggiolo, Leccino; Moraiolo- faithful expression of the territory.
The oil color is clear golden yellow.
At the nose fresh grass, balsamic notes, hint of rosemary. In the mouth it’s complex and powerful with artichoke at the end. Spicy and bitter, well balanced.
