Monte Amiata (Km 44)

Old volcano – 1738 mt a.s.l. The villages of Arcidosso, Castel del Piano, Abbadia San Salvatore are worth a visit; medival villages surrounded by chestnuts and beech forest.


Parco naturale della Maremma (40 Km)

More than 10.000 hectares of macchia mediterranea, beaches, old towers, pine forests, wonderful tyrrean sea


Pienza (54 Km)

The perfect town of the medival age build by a Pope, Unesco heritage. Small town also famous for its sheep cheese.


Pitigliano, Sorano e Sovana (Km 80)

The tufo – tipycal brown stone- cities. Pitigliano also called the “little Jerusalem”. Important archeological Etruscan sites.


Siena e San Gimignano (50 Km – 88 Km)

Siena obviously and San Giminiano with his incredible medival towers.



At Civettaio or nearby you can hike, jogging, mountain biking. Horse riding, swimming, kite surfing on the nearby beaches.


Terme di Petriolo (Km 24)

Open/free hot springs nearby the river Farma. Very healthy for skin.
