Il Capriolo features authentic cuisine of the Tuscan Maremma, made with Civettaio’s organic products and other genuine local products.
It is possible to dine inside the Vineria in the old stable or al fresco enjoying the wondeful view of the Maremma countryside.
Our cuisine is season oriented, with a particular attention on the ingredients. The dishes are strictly from the maremma tradition.
In the old -1700- wood oven pizza nights are organized, where one can bake and garnish their own pizza.
Wine and oil tastings, as well as cooking classes, are available for booking.
