The Fagiano Apartment (75 square meters), has a living room with kitchen area, 3 double/twin bedrooms, (2 doubles with a queen bed, 1 with two single beds). Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom.
Both bedrooms have a heating system for the winter and are air conditioned in the summer.
The kitchen is fully furnished with refrigerator, stove, oven and dishwasher.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of the property with direct access to the garden and has an outdoor space with table and chairs.
Bed, bath and table linen are supplied and changed weekly.

The price includes:
Water, gas and electricity, bed, bath and table linen (changed weekly), use of estate amenities, final cleaning and Wifi.
